Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and does not include GST. Little Urby reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Refunds/Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase if you find your purchase unsuitable or defective. We will issue a credit note to be used in our store, or exchange the item at additional postage costs. Postage costs for mailing the item back will be at your own expense, unless the item was faulty. We are not liable for items that are damaged in transit (Please see Delivery for more details on insurance options)

The products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packing and/or with tags attached. Please email us if you wish to return or exchange a product.

SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Payment Options

Secure Online Payments

Little Urby uses eWAY payment gateway service, where you can make online credit card payments securely. Currently we only accept Visa and Mastercard. You can be assured that we do not retain your credit card details.

Electronic Funds Transfer

You can transfer funds to our bank account using the online banking function of your bank. Our bank account details are: BSB 083315 Account number: 186244053. Please quote your invoice number for our reference.

PayPal

Paypal is a secure and fast way to make payments. You will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment gateway upon checkout. If you already have an account, you can pay using your preferred payment method - credit or debit card, direct debit from your bank account or funds that you have on Paypal. Do note that you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use Paypal, simply make payment using your credit card.

Little Urby does not retain any credit card details when you make purchases from the littleurby.com.au. Your credit card details are processed by our Australian Payment Processor, EWAY, which is linked to our bank’s merchant account.
