Domestic Shipping

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post. Registered Post and courier is available at an additional cost. A collection card will be left for you to pick your parcel up at your local post office if you are not at home to sign for it. If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.

International Shipping

We ship all international orders via Australia Post Air Mail. There are additional charges for a tracking service in Australia. Delivery will take approximately 4- 10 business days. Please make a note upon checkout if you would like  receipted delivery or insurance added to your order. We will contact you to advise the additional costs. We do not cover loss or damage of your parcel unless insurance is taken and paid for. 

Please contact us should you require insurance or receipted delivery on your parcel.

Within Australia 

Orders up to $100 - $7.50*

Orders over $100 - FREE shipping* Your order total must be more than or equal to $100 to be eligible for free shipping (only in Australia)

International Postage

Flat rate delivery to the following regions:  

New Zealand - $15

Asia/Pacific - $18 

All other countries - $25

We endeavour to ship all purchases without fuss, however if your purchase is too heavy, we will contact you to advise additional costs that may be incurred. 

Timeframe

Little Urby will mail your purchase within 1-3 business days of receiving your order and payment. In the event that an item is not available, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options.
